The first quarter of 2022 saw varied performance among the top Tycoon games on the iOS platform in Kenya. Here’s a closer look at the trends for Township, Family Farm Adventure, My Cafe — Restaurant Game, Family Island — Farming game, and Airport City Manager Simulator.

Township by Playrix saw its weekly revenue peaking at $518 in late January. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable dip in mid-February but rebounding to 146 downloads by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 669 at the beginning of the quarter to 718 by the end.
